The Movies!

Last weekend we took Sage to the movies!  This was her second time going to the movie theatre and first time going with Daddy.  When we told her we were going to go to the movies she asked if she could have candy and popcorn.  That girl has some memory!

Haircut!

I have always wanted to donate my hair and just never got my hair long enough to do it.  I finally decided at Christmas that I was going to grow it out and donate it.  I finally did it!   They cut off 9 inches and I love it!  Here are a few pictures.

Here is a picture of the kids in Sage's class this year.  Sage was to excited about her new treasure she picked that day - a bouncy ball.  She didn't even look at the camera.

Last Day of School

Sage's last day of school was this past Thursday.  I had to snap a few pictures of my girl!  She wasn't to thrilled about getting her picture taken.  She had a fun day at school - there was a bounce house and they got to watch a movie!   Her school will start back up in August and she is going to go two days a week!

Dancing with Pop-Pop

When Mimi and Pop-Pop were here a few weeks ago Sage had so much fun dancing with Pop-Pop.  Reese got some great pictures but they were on his iPad and I finally remembered to have him e-mail them to me.   She would come rushing in the room, curtsy for Pop-Pop and then request a dance.   This went on for almost 20 minutes - she was loving it and I think he was too!

Out for a walk!

Sage and I got in a walk last week and it was so nice to be outside and not have my allergies going crazy.  We took the walk and then played at the playground.  A good morning for both of us!

Washing the car!

Sage was a very lucky girl to be given this car from Brian, Kylie, and Cole.  We need to buy a new battery for it and she will be driving the car all over our street!  For now she just sits in it and plays in the driveway.  This past weekend Sage and Reese washed her new car!   She had so much fun washing her car.  She took it very seriously!  It was so fun to watch!

First Popsicle of Summer!

A few weeks ago it was nice and hot out.  Sage kept asking for a popsicle.  Luckily we had a few in the freezer.  She was so excited for her popsicle, and almost asks daily for another one!  I see lots of popsicles in her future this summer.

Games & Pizza

Last week for playgroup we went to Chuck E Cheese.  The kids had a blast.  When we first got there we were the only ones there - it was like our own personal gameroom.   The kids played lots of games, rode rides and ate pizza.  It was a fun morning. 

 She rode this horse at least 5 times - her favorite ride there!

This was by far the best bang for your buck.  One Token and the ride was forever.  Case and Sage seemed to have fun on it.  You can choose your course and they chose the street course and the toy roller coaster course:)

Love this girl!

I always try to send pictures of Sage to Reese when he is gone.  Hoping to send him a little piece of home!  This was last Wednesday I was getting ready and Sage was watching a show in the iPad. 

Fun with Andrew!

Andrew came over on Tuesday to play for a few hours.  Sage wasn't being very nice and was in her room for two timeouts.  That seemed to help and then she was able to play and be nice.  They had lots of fun with our puzzles.

Basketball fun!

Reese was traveling the first half of this week so I was the only entertainment around for Sage!   We have spent lots of time outside and Monday night was a beautiful night to be out.  Sunny and nice enough to be outside without a jacket.  Sage got out her basketball first and then her bike.  We ended up at Patty and Steve's and of course she had to go in and say hello!  Our friendly girl!

Princess Lunch

When we went over to Shelley and Tyler's a few weeks ago Shelley gave Sage a new princess dress.  Sage was so excited to get the Cinderella dress.  one of the days after we got back she had the dress on all morning and had to leave it on for lunch too!  Think she likes her new dress!

Spring Program

A few weeks ago we had Sage's Spring Program at school.  It was so fun to see her up onstage with all the other kids performing.   She was very excited about the program and would sing her song and tell us all about practicing on the big stage.  When her group came out she didn't seem to sure about it.  I was down front to get pictures and Reese was back in the audience.  She saw me and asked where Daddy was.  When the song started she didn't sing or dance - it took a little while for her to get into it.  But she finally did and seemed to have fun.  After their song was over she sat with her class for the rest of the program.   Then it was back to her classroom for cookies and lemonade.

Word Puzzle

Puzzles have been a huge hit around the house lately.  Sage has been pulling this one out a lot.  Usually I have to help her group the letters together before she starts the puzzles. 

She had to put each one just right before she moved 

on to the next word puzzle. 

Baseball Game

A few weeks ago Sage and I went to a baseball game.  It was Sage's first baseball game and she loved it!   I got lawn tickets and packed a picnic and some blankets.  We didn't stay that long - after a few innings she was ready to go.  But we both had a great time:)

Princess Sage

A few weeks ago when Mimi and Pop-Pop were here visiting we had Princess Sage with us.  Sage has been loving all her dress-up clothes.  And one night Mimi was announcing Sage and then Sage would enter the room to applause and go dance with Pop-Pop.  It was adorable!

Rearranging

Sage's dollhouse is still a huge hit!   She was playing with it a few days ago and rearranging all the rooms.  Usually this means she dumps out all the furniture and the puts it back in the house.
