Fist

This is how Quinn fell asleep at the wedding - cradled in my arms with her fist shoved in her mouth.  This poor girl better be teething for all the grief she is giving us.  I am sure she is hurting and we are trying to help alleviate her pain.  Poor kiddo is just chewing on her fist all day long. 

Wedding

Two weekends ago Quinn and I went with Aunt Shelley to Andrea Baker's wedding.  We got to see Heather and Paul at the wedding!  It was good to go to the wedding and see Andrea - it had been a very long time since any of us have spoken at length with Andrea.  Hoping that we can all be back in touch again.  Quinn did really good at the wedding and the reception.  We stayed with Terry and Gena and they had lots of fun playing with Quinn.

3 Months!

I am obviously way behind on this post - as Quinn is now almost 4 months old.  This picture was taken when she was 3.5 months old.  I did weigh her at 3 months when she had to go in for a few shots and with a diaper and clothes on she weighed 13lbs, 12oz.  She had gained two pounds in one month!   Our very fast growing girl!  She is generally pretty happy - cries when she is hungry, tired or needs a diaper change.  She seems to be teething already - I know it seems crazy early.  But she can't get enough of having her fists in her mouth and her gums look irritated and seem to have bits of white almost popping through.  Will keep you posted on this.  Hoping that the teeth are behind her still getting up at night.  She usually gets up once per night and wants to eat even though she has plenty of reserves!  She has started talking more and more.  We all love it!  She will hold onto a toy if you put it in her hand.  We stopped nursing at 3 months and are all bottles of formula now.  She decided it was time to go to all bottles!  Mind of her own already.  She has great head control and we have started using the Ergobaby carrier and she loves it!
